Our positioning

One construction company, four capabilities, demanding environments.

What we are

A construction and technical services company founded in 2022, led by a civil engineer and licensed in category B2 as a general contractor.

Where we work

Operating mining and industrial sites, infrastructure and roads, drinking water programmes, telecom networks. Burkina Faso and Guinea.

What we do

Industrial building. Civil works and infrastructure. Drinking water supply. Fibre optics and telecoms.

The client's own procedures are an integral part of the way we execute. Technical capability, written site organisation, documented QHSE culture and command of execution: it is that combination, rather than the construction work alone, that makes the value of our involvement.

Who we are

A construction company organised for industrial environments.

MEETA SARL is a building, civil works and technical services company, incorporated in Ouagadougou in 2022 and led by a civil engineer. It takes full responsibility for a contract, including the coordination of all trades, and also works as a specialist subcontractor on a single package.

Its activity is built on two complementary requirements: technical command of the structure itself, and the ability to work inside a major client's management system, with induction, work permits, job safety analysis, simultaneous operations, reporting and joint acceptance.

Two activities form the core of the company: building and civil works on one side, fibre optics on the other. Both now serve mining, industrial, water and telecom clients.

Mining and industry

Building in the most demanding environments.

A construction job on a mine site takes place inside an operator's management system. Access, simultaneous operations, traceability and production downtime weigh as much as the structure itself. MEETA has built its organisation around that reality.

What we handle

  • Induction, access badges and personnel rotation management
  • Work permits, hot work permits, lock-out and tag-out
  • Job safety analysis prepared before each phase and signed by every worker
  • Simultaneous operations with the client's production and maintenance teams
  • Work at height, hot work, confined spaces, respiratory protection
  • Hazardous materials management and quality control by package

What that delivers for you

  • Contractual prerequisites cleared before mobilisation, with no hold-up at the site gate
  • Realistic schedules: plans built in working days, by package, with identified float
  • Full traceability: daily activity report, measurement records, justified valuations
  • Contractual warranties of up to twelve months after acceptance
  • Professional indemnity and contractor's all risks insurance taken out per contract

Quality · Health · Safety · Environment

Performance starts with risk control.

MEETA has formalised three QHSE policies approved by the managing director, in force and revised in January 2026. They are built on the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 frameworks, and apply to all staff, subcontractors and partners working on our sites.
